Why I Do This Work
Healing doesn’t happen in one way or on one timeline. My mission is to help you, the one still here reading this, become a stronger voice in her own healing. To gain the wisdom and tools to become fully present in life and wake up each day in love and joy.

In 2000 I was given a "life sentence" diagnosis of Mulitple Sclerosis by 3 different doctors.  They all wanted me to take medications that came with a long list of side effects.  I was scared, confused and stressed by all the decisions I felt looming on me.  While the diagnosis was scary enough, the medications felt even worse.  So I set out to understand root cause and how to heal myself.  It wasn't an easy journey but I am so glad I did it.  I have been symptom-free and medication-free since 2004.  I am the healthiest I have been and now help others achieve their health goals.
