The Becoming Space

A guided healing space for women navigating emotional and physical change.

If you’re feeling stuck, fragmented, or out of sync with your body, this is a place to feel whole and integrated again — and empowered to trust your own inner guidance.

You don't have to do this alone.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone.
Many women arrive here during a season of emotional and physical change that’s hard to put into words.
They may feel overwhelmed or disconnected, frustrated with their bodies, or unsure why what used to work no longer does.
On the outside, life may look fine, but inside, there’s a sense of fragmentation or emptiness, and a quiet knowing that something more is needed.
Often, this stage comes after years of caring for others, holding responsibilities, and pushing through
Eventually, the body and emotions ask for something different.  More rest, not more effort.  Deeper support rather than pushing through.
If you’re feeling stuck, out of sync with yourself, or unsure how to move forward in a way that truly supports your health and wellbeing, this experience is more common than you may realize.
And it doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone.
The Becoming Space is a guided healing space for women navigating emotional and physical change.
It’s a place to slow down, be heard, and receive thoughtful guidance that supports both emotional and physical healing without pressure to fix yourself or do everything at once.
Here, you’re met where you are.
Together, we gently explore what your body and emotional system are responding to, and what support helps you feel more whole and integrated again.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to yourself with clarity, care, and a renewed sense of inner authority.

How You’re Supported Inside The Becoming Space
Healing doesn’t happen in one way or on one timeline. Inside The Becoming Space, support is layered and flexible so you can engage in a way that truly meets you where you are.
Rather than asking you to do everything, this space is designed to help you tune into what’s most supportive for your emotional and physical wellbeing.

Emotional & Nervous System Support
You’ll find a supportive community and guided practices that help you feel emotionally held, heard, and understood.  Learn how to regulate your nervous system and support the endocrine and hormone systems for health from the inside out.

Physical Healing & Wellness Guidance
Your body is an essential part of the healing process.
Receive practical, nourishing guidance to support physical wellbeing — including simple approaches to nutrition, gut health, movement, and daily practices that help your body feel supported rather than pushed.

Integrative & Subtle Tools
At times, it’s helpful to look beneath the surface of emotional and physical patterns. Quantum tools offer a gentle approach to healing with frequency to alter the cellular vibration and give the cells space to function optimally.  Quantum tools provide you with a deeper healing process without having to know the "why".

What the first week is designed to support
The first week inside The Becoming Space isn’t about change or outcomes.

It’s about creating enough support and orientation for your system to begin settling into something new.

For many women, this looks like:
  • Feeling more whole and integrated within themselves
  • Reconnecting with a sense of inner authority and personal agency
  • Becoming clearer about what supports their emotional and physical wellbeing
  • Experiencing relief from the pressure to fix or push
These shifts don’t come from doing more.
They come from being met with the right kind of support at the right pace.
As your system begins to feel supported, trusting your own inner guidance often becomes easier and more natural.

What others are saying...

Hey there! I'm SO glad you found me!

I'm Traci (or some know me as Samaya). I help busy women, like you, regain control of your health, handle life with grace and strength, and start to feel like you again.

I didn't arrive here easily, though.
In 2000 I was given a "life sentence" diagnosis of Mulitple Sclerosis by 3 different doctors.  They all wanted me to take medications that came with a long list of side effects.  I was scared, confused and stressed by all the decisions I felt looming on me.  While the diagnosis was scary enough, the medications felt even worse.  So I set out to understand root cause and how to heal myself.  It wasn't an easy journey but I am so glad I did it.  I have been symptom-free and medication-free since 2004.  I am the healthiest I have been and now help others achieve their health goals.

You don't have to feel alone - will you join me?
